ChiliChecker is committed to providing a safe, transparent platform for users seeking information about adult content creators. We operate in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and take our responsibilities seriously.

Important Note

ChiliChecker does not host adult content. We are an information and review platform that helps users who already have access to age-restricted sites make informed decisions about content creators.

What ChiliChecker Does

Our Safety Measures

Age Verification

We require all users to confirm they are 18 years or older before accessing creator profiles and reviews. This age gate appears before any adult-related content is displayed.

Content Moderation

Reporting Mechanisms

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on ChiliChecker and will be removed immediately upon discovery:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Terrorism content: Material promoting or glorifying terrorist acts or organisations
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Content shared without the consent of the individuals depicted
  • Harassment and abuse: Targeted harassment, threats, or abusive content directed at individuals
  • Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable UK law
  • Fraud and scams: Content designed to defraud or deceive users

Transparency & Accountability

In accordance with the Online Safety Act, we maintain records of:

  • Content reports received and actions taken
  • Content removed for policy violations
  • Appeals processed and outcomes
  • Law enforcement requests

We publish summary information about our moderation activities to maintain transparency with our users and regulators.
